Work Model - 5 days a week initially till understand the product and then hybrid. - Case to case basis the HOD, will decide.
Skill set requirement:
1. Core Java - Candidates who are extremely good in Concepts and basics from a Product Company are needed.
2. Spring framework - Extremely sound in the framework.
3. Database - any DB - Oracle or MySQL or Postgre or Mongo or Maria DB or NoSQL.
4. Candidates should work as an Individual Contributor.
