ITOM & CPG (Cloud Provision Governance)

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM & Cloud Provisioning Governance professional with experience in designing, implementing, and managing ITOM solutions and cloud governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB integrations.
• Implement and manage Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG) processes.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning and governance workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Define cloud governance policies, standards, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
