Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for software, hardware, and network-related technical issues locally at Hyderabad Office.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
- Support users with Google Workspace, VPN, and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolution details in the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures while supporting end users.
- Assist in the setup of IT equipment and access for new hires and exit employees.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Ensure to maintain up to date IT Asset inventory
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experience in an IT support or end-user support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace, and common desktop applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic knowledge of networks.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant IT certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in supporting end users in a corporate environment & senior executives.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
- Prior experience in an IT support role within a global or distributed team.
