IT Support Analyst Customer Integrations

Key word - ITSM SNOW (Service Now) ticket management role with SAP, APIs, SAP Ariba Integrations, various SAP instances globally, SAP Idocs, CXML Structures

Location Any locations in India . Job timing Shift timings 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm

Duration would be minimum 3 months to 6 months of engagement with possible extension. Look for the resources in the range of 5 to 7 years of experience.

Project Overview: 6 months to start then assess for extension. Support Integrations built by the Customer Integrations team, many of which involve SAP. Support Analyst will provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues. Role Scope / Deliverables: Scope / Landscape

Integration/connection trouble shooting Creating new connection in limited capacity

Data Analysis Key Skills: Technical & Analytical Experience with SAP, APIs, SAP Ariba Integrations, various SAP instances globally

OFM or Cloud Integration is a Plus

Familiarity with SAP Idocs, CXML Structures

IT Support Documentation, RCA, KB Article updates, ServiceNow Communication English Required (German / Italian / Spanish a plus) Communicate in a clear and concise manner so that messages are understood by all recipients Ability to understand the ways that non-native English speakers and non-technical users may communicate so that their requests are understood Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all business interactions
