About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
IT Sales Manager with strong expertise in international business development across
web development, custom software, data analytics, and
mobile application solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing high-value clients in global markets and a deep understanding of modern technologies and business trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Indian markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for web development, custom software, mobile app, and data analytics projects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, client communication, proposal presentation, negotiation, to project closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through B2B and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual client meetings.
Technical Focus Areas
- Web Development: PHP (CodeIgniter, Magento, WordPress, Laravel), .NET (Core, MVC, API), Angular, React, Node.js
- Custom Software Development: Enterprise-level solutions, SaaS, ERP, and CRM systems
- Data Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization solutions
- Mobile App Development: Android, iOS, and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native)
- Cloud & API Integration: Azure, AWS, and third-party APIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 710 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development for software services.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project delivery models.
- Experience in managing clients from US, UK, Australia, Canada, and India.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B international sales within software development or IT services.
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics-based solution selling.
- Prior experience leading a small sales or pre-sales team.
