Spectra Solutions is seeking adynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executiveto strengthen our US business development team. This role is ideal for professionals with24 years of experience in US IT Sales or Business Developmentwho are passionate about client engagement, relationship management, and driving growth in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Director in the USA to execute client acquisition and account expansion strategies.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through platforms such asZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CRM.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal preparation and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and met.
Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems.
Support marketing and lead-generation activities to drive brand awareness in the US market.
Build long-term relationships through clear, professional, and proactive communication.
Requirements
24 years of experienceinUS IT Sales / Business Development experience working with technology or IT service clients preferred.
Excellent communication skills(spoken and written) with the ability to confidently interact with US-based clients.
Experience usingsales enablement and CRM tools(ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong research and analytical skills for market and client prospecting.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and timelines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in collaboration with remote teams.
