Role Overview:
Seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our HRMS SaaS solutions, including Attendance and Payroll. Ideal for someone with strong IT sales experience and a passion for HR tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for HRMS/ERP SaaS solutions
- Conduct product demos & presentations
- Handle full sales cycle outreach, meetings, follow-ups, closure
- Understand client HR/payroll needs and pitch accordingly
- Meet sales targets and maintain CRM reports
Requirements:
- 1-2 years Experience in SaaS or IT product sales (HRMS/ERP preferred)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of HR/payroll processes a plus
- Familiar with CRM tools & B2B selling
