Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, based in Delhi. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings on relevant platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The role also involves ensuring a smooth recruitment process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Experience in candidate screening, conducting interviews, and shortlisting
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and databases
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with hiring managers
• Keen understanding of IT industry trends and technical roles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
