Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn and execute the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
- Positive attitude with strong initiative.
- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates residing near Nanganallur, Chennai are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Nanganallur, Chennai are also welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
