Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT skills, can effectively source and engage top talent, and partners closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions (developers, engineers, analysts, architects, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support onboarding activities
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and talent availability
