Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
Skills and Qualifications
