Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing and delivering end-to-end IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and project governance.
- Track project KPIs, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing and delivering enterprise-level IT projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong risk management, planning, budgeting, and resource management skills.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Application projects is an added advantage.
