As part of the continuous improvement of BNP Paribas Real Estate's transversal activities, CIO Office department acquires PMO (Project Management Officer) services.
The missions on which the PMOs intervene are the following:
Dashboards KPI
Identification, definition and adjustment of KPIs followed by the entity
Data extraction, consolidation and analysis
Review and validation with domain managers
Presentation to management
If possible: dashboard automation
Projects Portfolio : Roadmap management and Portfolio performance

Proposal for improvement of governance, processes and templates
Communication of changes to teams and support for change management
Projects governance and Roadmap:
Roadmap consolidation and review depending on the capacity planning of transversal teams
Projects comitology organisation with project teams
Support for presentations creation. Review and validation of presentations documents in advance of committees
Project Portfolio Performance:
Regular follow up with Domain Manager for projects situation and evolution
Controlling the projects information in Clarity
Consolidation of the progress of all projects (Budget/timeline/actuals evolution)
Comitology organisation to follow up global portfolio performance of departments, including presentation preparation

Responsibilities
Collection and consolidation of data in order to establish various reports from the IT department to Real Estate and Group management
Support and preparation of some governance meetings of the IT department
Communication from the IT Department
Monitoring of the quality of certain processes of the IT department (project reporting, committee support, etc.)
Follow-up of the compliance of the IT department's procedures and the deployment of the Group's governance.
