E2E application life cycle management teaming up with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers andu00A0
Project Managers. The activities for a Platform Analyst include ideation, feasibility studies, roadmap development, project initiation,u00A0
estimation, design, user story creation, backlog creation, build, test, validation, deployment, maintenance, operations and decommissioningu00A0
of the applications including continuous improvement cycles ensuring the right quality and performance levels. The scope that a specificu00A0
Platform Analyst is different for every single Platform Analyst and covers multiple dimensions, sometimes a Platform Analyst will be more au00A0
generalist cross processes/platforms and sometimes a Platform Analyst will be more a specialist with deep process/platform knowledge for au00A0
certain sub domain

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
• Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
• Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
• Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
• Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle, framework contract management, quoting).
• Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards.
• Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.

• Core Skills: React.js, PostgreSQL, java spring boot, Python and Microservices / API integration, CI/CD

  AI Skills:

• Ai driven Development and testing
• Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation
• Utilizing and integrating LLMu2019s, MCP, and tools into applications
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for search/recommendations

• Experience:

• 10+ years in the above technologies
• Proven hands-on experience delivering projects with these tech stacks
• Strong AI skills (e.g., ML model integration, agentic workflows, LLM-based solutions)
