- Proficiency in configuring and managing GoAnywhere MFT software.
- Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, etc.).
- Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with encryption standards and practices.
- Understanding of network and security principles.
- Design and Implement MFT Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain managed file transfer solutions using GoAnywhere to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges.
- Automation and Scripting: Create and manage automated file transfer workflows, including scheduling, scripting, and monitoring processes.
- Security Management: Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols, implementing encryption and secure file transfer methods.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for GoAnywhere MFT issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand their file transfer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all MFT processes, configurations, and protocols.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of GoAnywhere tools and best practices for secure file transfers
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Two or three industry domain knowledge
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Client Interfacing skills
