IT Business Development Executive(IT outsourcing Industry)

Location: Ahmedabad (onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT/Software domain. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and an Experience in IT outsourcing company is must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT industry to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to IT services such as software development, AI/ML, IoT, and IT outsourcing.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, delivery, and product teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline health, and business development progress for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services and solutions such as web/app development, AI/ML, and SaaS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and client needs to create targeted solutions.
  • Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
