This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and an Experience in IT outsourcing company is must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT industry to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to IT services such as software development, AI/ML, IoT, and IT outsourcing.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, delivery, and product teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline health, and business development progress for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services and solutions such as web/app development, AI/ML, and SaaS.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and client needs to create targeted solutions.
- Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
