We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team and help us improve our business processes and systems. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market of India and must possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, scope, and objectives
Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to facilitate software development
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance standards are met
Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0-1 years of experience in IT business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SQL
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and business process modeling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
