Duties /Responsibilities
- Part of a team responsible for the smooth functioning of IT Systems / Applications / Company Websites and general coordination with vendors.
- Work on projects team that will design and implement business solution projects.
- Perform system integration testing and trouble shooting of software application issues.
- Provided user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Logged, escalated, and tracked incidents to ensure timely closure
- Conducted end-user training on application usage
- Collaborated with teams to improve system performance and user experience
- Design and develop internal application.
- Design and develop reports for end users and clients.
- Performs other IT related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT or equivalent related qualification or higher.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL), application frameworks and system integration (APIs)
- Designing, coding, admin deploying scalable applications using languages like Java and javascript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work ethics.
- Experience in SaaS environment like Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Application like Business Central and Jet Report
- Experience in Logistics process is a plus
