We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded IT&D Manager to lead the Advanced Annual Planning and Optimization capabilities (referred to as Local Success Model - LSM) of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform globally. The primary role is to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technology teams, owning the roadmap of the solution and manage the on-going deployment and adoption within the markets. The ultimate objective is to deliver insights which create value and drive business forward in the space of annual assortment, pricing and promotion planning and optimization, whilst ensuring synergy, cost effectiveness and appropriate levels of data governance.
This candidate will need to demonstrate an effective communication and delivery skillset and collaborate confidently with mid-senior levels of the organisation. We are looking for someone who can innovate, with the ability to encourage performance and motivate peers and the wider organisation to embrace advanced data & analytics capabilities.
Capability Management
. Define and own the feature roadmap for the Advanced LSM, price pack architecture & purchase structures of the global RGM platform
. Gather and translate business requirements from commercial and sales teams into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
. Prioritize backlogs and make decisions aligned to the business value
. Partner with the technology teams, data engineers, analysts, and application developers to deliver the capabilities
. Manage the full technology lifecycle - from discovery and design through build, testing, and deployment
. Drive adoption of the Advanced LSM module together with price pack architecture & purchase structure across RGM, Trade Marketing and Sales function, ensuring tools are effectively utilized to achieve business objectives
. Monitor usage and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement
. Utilize a deep understanding of FMCG categories and external data to inform development and deployment strategies
. Manage vendor relationships, including implementation partners and third-party data providers (Nielsen, IQVIA, etc.)
. 6-8+ years in business analysis, or IT management roles
. Proven experience in designing, deploying and adopting analytical tools within commercial teams
. Experience in working with the RGM, Trade Marketing, or Sales functions
. Proven track record in driving adoption and transformation at scale
Preferred experience for role:
. FMCG / Consumer Goods experience preferred
Technical Skills
o Familiarity with RGM solutions or platforms
o Understanding of data pipelines, data science models, application development, and cloud environments
o Ability to write or review functional specifications and API requirements
o Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
Business Acumen
o Strong grasp of RGM levers: annual planning, pricing strategy, promotion optimization, promotion planning, promotion effectiveness, trade investment, pack/price architecture, mix management
o Ability to translate commercial strategy and processes into technology design and decisions
Soft Skills
o Excellent stakeholder management across senior commercial and IT leadership
o Strong communication - able to speak both business and tech
o Analytical mindset with comfort around large datasets
