Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing visually engaging content tailored for employee training and development. This role involves working closely with instructional designers and L&D professionals to produce impactful presentations (PPTs), training materials, and multimedia content that enhance the learning experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal training programs.
- Create graphics, icons, templates, and visual assets for e-learning and instructor-led training content.
- Develop infographics, whitepapers, and illustrations to support complex training topics.
- Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to conceptualize and design materials aligned with learning objectives.
- Assist in developing video tutorials, animations, and screen recordings using tools like Camtasia or After Effects.
- Create banners, handouts, and visual materials for internal learning events or workshops.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in :
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Camtasia, CorelDRAW
- Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced-level design skills)
- Ability to visualize abstract or technical concepts and translate them into clear visuals
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of instructional design principles
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
