Job Description

1. The person will be responsible for all the incidents reported tracked till closure.
2. The person will be involved in all P1 & P2 incidents. In this role the person will work with the respective internal & External Stake holders for getting the application up and running with an immediate fix. In addition, the Team member is expected to triage incidents towards resolution.
3. Should have prior experience in working with Banks.
4. This Person will be engaging and carrying out stakeholder communications. The role would be responsible for keeping the Senior Management & all Stake holders informed of ongoing incident & expected ETA for resumption of Services.
5. The person would be responsible for co-ordinating with various teams for preparing Incident Report. Following up with Infra and Application team for capturing all the RCAs for the P1 & P2 incidents & follow up for permanent fix with ETA.
6. Need to do the tracking and follow-up on all p1 to p4 incidents on Backlog incidents, Pending incidents, Incident stuck due to various dependencies etc.
7. Verify and asses the changes, participate in CAB, risk assessment, Co-ordination with various teams (Internal and External), PIR etc.
8. The person will be responsible for proactively reviewing the changes/ release which are being moved to production (Forward Change Schedule) for applications & infrastructure.
9. Good understanding on Problem management, Driving the RCAs in Infra as well as Application area.
Identify the potential Problems, co-Ordinate with multiple teams to find out the permanent fix.
10. The person should have sound understanding of Banking applications, network and infrastructure technologies.
11. The person should have minimum 6 to 8 years of IPC Management experience in large & complex environment.
12. The person should have excellent written and oral communication skills
13. Minimum 8 years of IT Infrastructure/Operations management experience with BE/B.Tech/Equivalent qualification and relevant certifications (ITIL, Technical skills)
14. This is a 100% onsite, 24x7 roster based role in Belapur Mumbai. Absolutely no remote / home working.
