Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement technical solutions for the iOS platform.
- Work with business analysts and end users to define system requirements.
- Collaborate with functional testers to ensure accuracy and solution integrity.
- Communicate regularly with users and team members during development to review progress and ensure requirements are met.
- Evaluate the best approaches to solve technical problems effectively.
- Present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide technical training and mentoring to other teams and team members.
Technical Skills
- Experience as an iOS Developer using Objective-C and Swift; proficient with iOS SDK, Xcode, SwiftUI, Combine, and Cocoa Touch.
- React Native development experience is a plus.
- Proven experience with mobile architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, and MVP.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Apple's UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Quick learner.
- Passionate about technical excellence.
- Self-motivated, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Comfortable demonstrating components in front of key business stakeholders, PMs, and clients.
