We are working exclusively on behalf of a fast-growing data centre developer backed by significant institutional capital, with an active development and investment pipeline across Southeast Asia and North Asia.
This is a newly created Investment Manager role sitting within the investment function. They need someone who genuinely combines hands-on financial modelling with real transaction execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end investment evaluation and execution across data centre and digital infrastructure opportunities in the region.
- Conduct financial modelling, deal underwriting, due diligence, and transaction structuring for new investments.
- Support deal origination through market intelligence, relationship development, and pipeline management.
- Manage relationships with equity partners, capital providers, regulators, and counterparties.
- Contribute to investment committee submissions, portfolio reporting, and asset management activities.
- Work closely with the development and technical teams to evaluate investment opportunities and support active projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of investment experience with a strong foundation in both financial modelling and transaction execution.
- Direct experience in digital infrastructure, data centres, real estate, or energy transactions — candidates without infrastructure or real assets experience will not be considered.
- Proven ability to lead or support end-to-end deal execution including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Korea or Japan markets is a strong advantage; language proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder and investor management skills across cross-border environments. Degree in Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline;
- CFA or equivalent an advantage.
