Job Description

  • Conduct internal investigations on ethics and compliance matters.
  • Review and assess potential violations of policies or regulations.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with legal, HR and compliance teams during investigations.
  • Provide guidance on ethical practices across the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to ethical misconduct.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the investigation process.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in legal, compliance or ethics-related roles.
  • Experience in handling internal investigations.
  • Knowledge of accountancy practices or professional services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
