4 years of working knowledge of Intune environment as part of Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration
Experience in designing and configuring Intune policies (device, application, email, conditional access, password management, etc) Experience with co-management (Intune+SCCM/MEM) as part of modern device management transformation
Experience with Intune-based reporting reflecting compliance, application protection, audit logs, and trends
Solid knowledge and understanding of Android and iOS device administration with Microsoft Intune
4 Years of working knowledge of SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) Desirable experience on PatchmyPC
Experience on Patching endpoints Proven IT Support and Field Service experience (3 years)
Responsibilities
Actively work with SCCM, Intune, PatchMyPC, Recast Console, and other Endpoint Management systems or applications to comply with customer business and security needs while optimizing customer functional and performance requirements.
Set up End-User computing capability and consolidate and manage the scope described below for End-User computing as a single tower.
Mobile devices include many different types for support, including Zebra, Android, and Apple devices (e.g., tablets and smartphones).
Support the BYOD ecosystem (policies, management, reporting, evolution, etc.).
Support AVD formally known as WVD desktop (not AVD service) and physical Desktop/Laptop engineering services, including, desktop anti-virus, patching, application packaging, and Desktop Windows operating system licenses.
Manage and support Business productivity software and AVOLTA applications that are part of AVOLTA-standard approved computing device image(s).
Create and maintain standard image(s) on supported equipment. Monitor services, including application and infrastructure log collection, instrumentation, event correlation, and threshold monitoring. Administer and maintain systems, keeping installed software at third-party recommended levels
Support and operate both workplace Cloud and on-premise environments used to provision the workplace services including test and quality assurance environments
Provide weekly status reporting on health, performance of the service Provide automated modern driver and BIOS management
Asset and Configuration Management for all supported equipment to perform a yearly inventory assessment to keep the asset management database accurate.
Present end-point Hardware as an Option to replace existing direct relationships including costs and SLAs.
