Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Intune L3 Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and macOS device management.
The role involves advanced troubleshooting, policy enforcement, application deployment, and ensuring endpoint security compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Configure and troubleshoot compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
- Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning
- Migrate GPOs to Intune and optimise configurations
- Handle application deployment (MSI, Win32, Store Apps)
- Support Conditional Access with Azure AD & Microsoft Defender
- Perform L3-level troubleshooting for enrollment and compliance issues
2. macOS Device Management
- Manage macOS devices using Intune and Jamf Pro
- Configure compliance policies, FileVault encryption, and software deployment
- Integrate Jamf with Intune for compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot macOS enrollment and deployment issues
Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in endpoint management (Microsoft Intune)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and MDM
- Strong expertise in macOS device management via Intune integration
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
Skill Weightage:
- Intune & Endpoint Management – 45% (Daily)
- Autopilot, MDM, macOS Management – 40% (Daily)
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) – 15% (Daily)
Additional Requirements:
- Good communication skills (mandatory screening)
- Candidate must be comfortable with a face-to-face interview
- 24/5 rotational shift
