Intune Administrator

Your Role

• Lead and manage the migration of end-user devices from on-premises environments (Active Directory and SCCM) to Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and configure Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, and applications across Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux, and Windows IoT devices.
• Develop and execute detailed migration plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration with minimal disruption to end-users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the migration lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct assessments and recommend optimizations for device management and migration processes.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on Intune migration methodologies and tools.
• Perform Quality Assurance with a focus on end-user experience and satisfaction.

Your Profile

• 9 to 12 years of experience managing iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, and rugged devices using MDM solutions..
• Proven experience migrating Windows 10 devices from On-Prem AD + SCCM to Azure AD + Intune.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with VBS and Batch scripts.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM and MAM policy creation and configuration.
• Experience managing OS upgrades across diverse device platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Windows AutoPilot profiles, and endpoint management.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data collection and analysis.
• MDM 102 Endpoint Administrator certification is desirable.
