We are looking for a motivated Internship-Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-0 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. As an Internship-Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. You will also assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing the recruitment process.

This is a Non paid Internship for 3 months

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications
• Assist in creating job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Manage the recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-0 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for recruitment
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
