Develop and implement export strategy to increase sales and revenue for Rice, Pluses, Soya & Agro Commodity

Identify new export markets, conduct market research, and develop market entry strategies.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers and suppliers.

Manage export documentation and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and other legal requirements.

Manage export budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure profitability and achievement of targets.

Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Stay up-to date with industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to ensure the export business remains competitive and innovative.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 2-8 years of experience in export management, preferably in the Soya/Food/Agri/FMCG industry.

Proven track record of developing and expanding export markets and driving sales growth.

Strong understanding of export regulations, customs requirements, and legal compliance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
