Job Description

Customer Support Representative | International Voice Process | Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Qualification: Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech not eligible)
Experience: 1–3 years in International Voice Process
Salary: Up to 6.7 LPA (based on current CTC)
Shift: US Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off
Transport: 2-way cab (within transport boundary)
Contract: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails & chats
Provide customer/candidate support
Resolve queries with high-quality customer service
Follow company policies and maintain process documentation

Interview Process:

HR → Versant (58+) → Operations
