As an International Voice Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our international clients through voice calls and emails. You should be able to handle customer queries and complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in International Voice Support
Excellent communication skills in English (Uk accent).
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in using CRM tools and ticketing systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree
