We are seeking candidates for the position of International Voices Process for our UK/US operations based in India. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their communication skills and gain experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK/US clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of the UK/US market and cultural nuances.
