Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:
Freshers/Graduates/Undergraduates: Open to all fields of study.
Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is a plus but not required.
