Position: International Customer Support Executive for E-Commerce Platform

Salary: Up to 30000
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes. Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree (UG/Grads) preferred.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or customer support.
3. Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
