International Third-Party Collections Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of international accounts, proactively reaching out to debtors across various time zones to resolve outstanding payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate effective payment plans and settlements while strictly adhering to company policies, legal guidelines, and relevant international collection regulations.
- Maintain accurate and meticulously detailed records of all communication, debtor interactions, and collection activities within our advanced CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly and effectively with internal teams, including client services and legal departments, to escalate complex cases and ensure swift, satisfactory resolution.
- Identify and analyze potential challenges within the collection process, proactively proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency and maximize recovery rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire collection lifecycle, fostering positive debtor relationships even while ensuring financial objectives are consistently met.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills are paramount for this role, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency. You'll need to articulate clearly and professionally with a diverse international clientele, adapting your approach as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an International Collections Executive is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of cross-border collection practices and nuances.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a resilient approach to challenging conversations.
