We are looking for a driven leader to join Rubtech Mech (India) LLPa fast growing rubber product manufacturing company with an enormous potential backed by promoters with 50+ years of industry experience, R&D expertise and creative instinct.

After successfully establishing Climax Overseas as a thriving export venture, our promoter, Mr. Daljit Singh Sood, is now set for an ambitious international market expansion of Rubtech Mech, a manufacturer of innovative, high-tech, regulation-compliant, food-grade, and wear-resistant industrial rubber parts. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the promoter, drive business growth, and share in the assured success through a Salary + Profit-sharing model.

Designation: International Business Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execute and scale the promoter's business vision
  • Lead business expansion with a focus on international markets in B2B segment
  • Develop & implement client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships for business growth
  • Optimize sales channels and explore new revenue streams
  • Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Develop branding & marketing initiatives - leverage digital marketing & E-commerce for global outreach.
  • Leverage B2B platforms and Social Medial platforms for international lead generation brand visibility, customer engagement, and market outreach.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of export sales experience.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a 360-degree approach and a proven track record in business development, marketing strategy, sales, customer service, logistics and end-to-end export sales execution.
  • Ability to work closely with the promoter and drive strategic execution
  • Leadership qualities to build a strong/ robust marketing team
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent business diplomacy, market positioning expertise & relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales and marketing strategy
