Role : Sales Associate / Freight Broker

Shift Timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
About the Role:
We are seeking energetic professionals with experience inInternational Sales, Travel Sales, or US/International Voice Processesto join our growing logistics team. As aSales Associate, you will drive outbound sales, manage client relationships, and support smooth freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead development
- Drive client acquisition and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
- Manage documentation and resolve operational issues
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum6 months experienceinUS/International Voice Process, International/Travel Sales, or related outbound sales roles
- Background inFreight Brokerage or US Logisticsis a strong plus
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to worknight shifts(aligned with US time zone)
- Familiarity withUS geographyandlogistics terminologyis an advantage
