Provide L2 support for international roaming operations, including troubleshooting and resolving roaming-related issues (e.g., SS7, Diameter, GTP, SIP).
Manage and configure roaming systems, including steering of roaming, IPX/GRX, and signaling traffic.
Perform roaming tests (e.g., IR.21, IR.35, IR.50, IR.60) and maintain quality assurance programs using tools like SIGOS, RIS, and Total Visibility
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for roaming faults and ensure compliance with SLAs and roaming agreements.
Liaise with roaming partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve incidents and coordinate escalations.
Support change management, capacity planning, and implementation of roaming services.
