Role Overview
The International Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our web development services to potential clients in our target countries. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to adapt our marketing efforts to diverse international markets and drive our global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the marketing landscape in each target country, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential client needs.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each target market, considering cultural nuances, market preferences, and digital behaviors.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to generate leads and increase brand visibility in the international markets.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling and culturally relevant marketing materials, such as case studies, blog posts, and social media content. Additionally, utilize AI tools to generate engaging and relevant content for diverse international audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while catering to cultural sensitivities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources wisely to maximize impact across targeted regions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all marketing activities comply with the legal and cultural norms of each target country and follow best practices in international marketing..
Requirements

  • Proven experience in international marketing, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural, economic, and digital landscapes.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and ideally one or more languages relevant to our target markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with international audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate the challenges of marketing to diverse international audiences.
  • Knowledge of the web development industry is a plus.
