Job Summary:

Khandelwal Industrial Enterprise (KIE) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Marketing Manager to lead and expand our global business network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, managing export clients, and creating effective marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement international marketing strategies to promote KIE products in global markets.

- Identify potential international clients, distributors, and business partners.

- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, pricing, and shipment coordination.

- Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas clients.

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing budgets for management review.

- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

- 56 years of experience in international sales or export marketing (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).

- Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade compliance.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
