Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via international chat/emails
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with a diverse global customer base
• Document and update customer records accurately

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• No BE/BTECH/PG Freshers
