Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Support position located in Mumbai. The role involves assisting international customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and handling customer interactions effectively. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and problem resolution
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and maintain positive customer relationships
- Experience in Technical Support, with the ability to understand and resolve technical concerns
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess issues, identify patterns, and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in English and other international languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and time zones
