We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clientele, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Assist in the development of customer support materials and FAQs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages as needed.
• Proficiency in customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with international customer service standards and practices.
