Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, records, and follow-up details.
- Achieve performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a courteous and positive attitude at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Customer Support.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if needed).
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and high-pressure situations.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
