Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Voice Process)

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

Work Days: 5 Days Working

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Location/Work Mode: (Add On-site/Hybrid/Remote if needed)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and follow-up details.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a courteous and positive attitude at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Customer Support.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if needed).
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and high-pressure situations.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
