About the Role
We are hiring energetic, customer-oriented professionals for our International Customer Service team. This role requires engaging with customers across US, UK, and Australian markets, ensuring seamless support and delivering a world-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats for international customers.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication, service quality, and professional conduct.
- Meet performance goals including customer satisfaction, productivity, and response time.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills(spoken & written).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with night shifts & rotational US/UK/Australia time zones.
