Job Description

We are seeking Graduate Freshers interested in an International Customer Care - Non-Voice & Chat Process role at KVC Consultants Ltd. You will provide exceptional support to international customers through chat, ensuring high-quality interactions and effective issue resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through non-voice and chat channels.
  • Offer exceptional support while communicating and assisting international customers.
  • Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Resolve tickets by analyzing customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions.

Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling, suitable for an international audience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional support and maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer problems and concerns.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate customer support systems.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate Fresher.
