Job Description

Provide strong domain leadership managing a team of audit professionals in F&A/ HRO/ S&F services

Lead Portfolio of Clients with teams performing Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix, Internal audits; with teams performing Controls Monitoring Role - Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design , support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX and ISAE / SSAE compliance.

Lead Interventions / Special Assignments at Client Engagements identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process weaknesses / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and resolving causes.

Lead and advice Clients, internal and external senior stakeholders with respect to matters of internal controls, audit and risk management of business operations

Skill Description

Knowledge of Financial & Accounting domains like P2P, O2C and R2R

Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit

Knowledge of Key F&A Compliances required ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX

Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language

Working knowledge of BPO processes and processing

Mandatory Experience using ERPs SAP, Oracle and other Business / Enterprise Applications.
