Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, Talent Acquisition to join our team
  • As an Intern TA, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of job descriptions, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for identifying and engaging with top talent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and job fairs.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented.
  • Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the recruitment process
