Role Summary

We are looking for an MBA (Operations) currently pursuing - intern to support our Operations Manager by analyzing data from ERP, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with different departments, and preparing reports for management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production, inventory, procurement, and sales data from ERP
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Assist in coordinating with Production, Stores, Procurement, Sales, and Accounts teams to resolve data issues.
• Support the Operations manager with reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Help identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reporting.

Skills Required

• MBA (Operations) or recent graduate in Operations/Supply Chain.
• Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new software.
