Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Coordinator to act as the key link between our clients, recruiters, and internal teams. The role focuses on managing client requirements, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job openings, hiring needs, and role specifications.
  • Share job requirements with recruiters and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Track candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication, submissions, and hiring progress.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and updates.
  • Escalate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support business development and account management teams with client engagement activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field.
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or recruitment support (internships also considered for fresher roles).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
